Workout of the Day
Level 1
Push ups

3 rounds for time of:
500m Row
10 Push ups
15 Air Squats

Level 2
Partner WOD
Accumulate 3000m rowing.
One partner must be in a squat while other partner rows. Every 1K, both partners must stop and perform 10 Long Low Lunges
