  • Stop by our May Virtuosity Social this Saturday, May 17th at 1pm — we’re having a Paleo Potluck Picnic in McCarren Park!
  • Memorial Day schedule changes: On Monday, May 26th, Level 1 and Level 2 classes will meet at 10am and 11am for a traditional Memorial Day “Murph”, followed by an after party at Battery Harris!
  • Need to squeeze in a shower after your workout? Our gracious neighbors at Renzo Gracie Fight Academy have offered to share their showers with us while we work out our construction issues. Head over there, introduce yourself at the front desk, then hang a left to hit the showers!
