    It’s rare that I’m excited for a run in a workout, but today is one of those days. I’m thinking of this as an active recovery run.

    An appropriate title for this workout would be “Unbroken and a Run.” All out on the front squats, make those legs burn. All out on the kettle bell until the forearms can’t take it. Catch your breath and brace yourself mentally for another unbroken burst

    Hey Gregg, I heard Steve tell Paul during the Open to use the burpees as his rest. Same thing you’re saying about active recovery, right? That’s what I did and was able to go unbroken for both the 15 and 9. Thanks, Gregg!!
