Canceled today. There will be an alternative lunchtime workout in McCarren Park: meet at the park entrance at N12th and Roebling at 12:30 sharp to join in!

Tabata Pull-ups
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Kettlebell Swings, 24kg

Heavy Metal
Push Jerk
1, 1, 1, 1, 1

Tabata Pull-ups
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Hang Power Snatch, 75lbs

For each Tabata exercise perform 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. Record the lowest number of repetitions for each exercise done in any of the 8 rounds. For example, your lowest set of Pull-ups might be 3 and your lowest amount of Snatches might be 8 and your total score would be 3+8=11.

Please note that we will be closed for morning classes on today and tomorrow. Lunchtime classes will be held at McCarren Park. Our apologies for any inconvenience.

    can i show up for an impromptu open class at 5pm. my shoulder is all wrecked from last week and can’t really do any proper pullups.

    No, sorry, there cannot be any class at 5. You are more than welcome to go to the track by yourself though. The gym will be closed until 6.
