Anyone else check out the Midwestern Sectional WODS that were just released? Not too bad! Looks killer, but nothing any of us who are signed up can’t do. Gettin me pumped!

Wow – they are in barbell heaven out there! I’m surprised to see two workouts with pretty much no bodyweight stuff. Not that I would complain
