Reminder we are not having Tuesday and Thursday morning classes anymore.

Some of you may have noticed that Tuesdays have become “Tabata Tuesdays” in honor of this being the year 2010. 20 seconds on. 10 seconds off. 2010. Get it?

Gym-Nasty

Tabata Bodyweight Complex:
Squat
Push-ups
Pull-ups
Hill Climbers

The Tabata workout is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals. You will switch exercises in each round eventually doing each exercise twice. The score is the total number of reps performed across all eight intervals.

Hell’s Bells
Tabata Dumbbell Complex:
Sumo Deadlifts
Hang Power Snatches
Front Squats
Push Presses

Heavy Metal

Tabata Barbell Complex:
Snatch Grip Deadlifts
Hang Power Snatches
Overhead Squats
Reverse Lunges

    I forget the rest but it was mostly OHS since my reverse lunges were awful.
