WOD: 2:27, 2:22, 2:27. subbed 100m row for the sprint- globo gym no likey running across the gym.
bottom-to-bottom tabata squats: 10. I hate you.
WOD: 5:11 rx’d/high bar
Tabata bottom squats: 8. These sucked
Warmed up w/ Front Squats: 5 * 135; 3 * 185; 3 * 205; 3 * 225.
Did 50 very slow pushup which I was very happy with.
Wod 3:46 no pullups just regular burpees, everything else rx’d.

Should’ve definitely gone with more than 185lbs today – shoulder is feeling great and am sure I can start pushing it a bit more!
