Then,
Tabata Push ups & Sit ups

Level 2
Strength/Skill
Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
1 Snatch
1 Overhead Squat

Metcon
Partner WOD
You and your partner must accumulate:
100 Push ups, then 100 Squats.
1 partner works only while the other partner is at the top of push up or bottom of squat.
