Announcements!

  • Level 1 Schedule Change! Beginning today, we will be combining Tuesday/Thursday 5:30pm and 8:30pm Level 1 classes and running one 7:30pm class in their place!
  • Need to squeeze in a shower after your workout? Our gracious neighbors at Renzo Gracie Fight Academy have offered to share their showers with us while we work out our construction issues. Head over there, introduce yourself at the front desk, then hang a left to hit the showers!
