Went RX’d at #225. Didn’t want to push my back, so I kept each round at 4 reps and made sure they were solid. Form felt good, didn’t feel any rounding. Higher reps may have resulted in such. Always terrible at high rep push ups. Was fun to chase Sameer – nice work today bud.
I think i’m going to have to sub the DB thrusters with something less leg-intensive.

Yeah I would LOVE to do deadlifts and pushups.
However, just standing up right now causes me significant pain so standing up + 225 pounds probably isn’t going to happen unless you want me to become CFV’s first ER patient.
BTW, I was being sarcastic that wod sounds great. But yeah, deadlifts are probably not going to happen unless you have some morphine on stand-by.
