Here’s a little something for you to do at home (or wherever you might be!) Merry Christmas from everyone at CFV!
Bodyweight CrossFit “12 Days of Christmas”
To be completed “partridge in a pear tree style” — i.e. 1 hill sprint; 2 HSPU, 1 hill sprint; 3 jump squats, 2 HSPU, 1 hill sprint, etc.
1 hill sprint (or out-and-back sprint if you don’t have a hill)
2 hspu (or dive bomber push-up if you don’t have a wall)
3 jump squats
5 box jumps (or tuck jumps if you don’t have something safe to jump onto)
6 jumping lunges
9 ring dips or bench dips
10 mountain climbers
12 double unders x10 (that’s 120 folks!)
