5 Push Jerks
10 Burpees

Level 2
Metcon
5 rounds of:
3 minutes to complete
500m Row
Complete as many burpees as possible, then
Rest 3 mins

    Wait, so we’re doing snatch and overhead squat two days in a row?

    And is it a for-time Metcon or a AMRAP of burpees?

    Sorry – totally my fault. Snatch/OHS was leftover from yesterday (not programmed for today), and the metcon is 5 rds.
