What do coaches Greg Glassman, Robb Wolf and the top Crossfit performers Nicole Carroll, Greg Amundsen, Dutch Lowry, James Fitzgerald (OPT), Brian Mackenzie all agree on?  Nutrition is the foundation of human health and performance. If you’re an athlete and want to perform at elite levels, you cannot get there without dialing in your nutrition. Period.

With a little planning and preparation, staying in the Zone can be easy (dare I say “fun”?). This 3-hour workshop will teach you the basics of the Zone Diet and how to optimize it for yourself and your clients.

What We’ll Cover:

  • Determining your “Zone Block Prescription”;
  • Preparing a daily menu;
  • Cooking 3 full meals and 2 snacks; and
  • Ideas and tips on how to shop and eat while on the go.

Actual cooking will occur! Sample meals will be prepared and consumed during the workshop, and take-home reference materials will be provided.

Keith is a Level 3 CrossFit Trainer and a certified yoga instructor. He has spent years studying and teaching many different modalities and forms of body movement. The MFS Workshop will give you the knowledge, drills and exercises that you need to improve your range of motion and improve your performance and the performance of your athletes.

Keith will show you proper warm up drills, cool down stretches and various exercises that you can do to improve your range of motion, heal your injuries and improve your athletic performance. This workshop is for athletes and trainers of all levels and abilities.
