Visitor Drop-In Policy

CrossFit Athletes

We welcome visiting CrossFitters to train with us! We offer all visitors their first class free. For longer-term stays we offer the following visitor packages:

No CrossFit experience? Please join us for our Free Intro class.

Less than 6 months of CrossFit experience, or train by yourself?  You’re welcome to join us for any regularly scheduled Level 1 CrossFit class. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate you in our Level 2 classes.

More than 6 months of CrossFit experience?  You’re welcome to drop in to any regularly scheduled Level 1 or Level 2 CrossFit class.

Visiting Regional or Games-level CrossFit competitor?  If you’re following specific programming, you may do your own thing during our Lab Hour or Open Gym sessions. If you have a longer program to complete or can’t make it at those times, please contact us via e-mail at contact@crossfitvirtuosity.com, and we’ll try to work something out for you.

Note that by “CrossFit competitor,” we mean an experienced, highly competent athlete who knows how to train safely. We reserve the right to ask you to stop training if you appear to be doing something stupid and/or dangerous.

No reservation is required, just show up about 10 minutes early to sign a waiver. Please note that we reserve the right to deny entry to any visitor who we feel does not have the requisite experience and/or knowledge base to participate safely with minimal disruption in any class!

Sticking around for more than a couple weeks?  You’ll need to go through our standard method of getting started, including participating in or testing out of our Level 1 program.

Olympic Weightlifting, Strength, and Movement Athletes

We welcome visiting weightlifters, powerlifters, and movers to train with us! We offer all visitors their first class free. For longer-term stays we offer the following visitor packages:

Less than 6 months of experience? Unfortunately we can’t accommodate you in our regular group classes. However, you’re welcome to book a private session with any of our trainers to work on your Oly / Powerlifting / Gymnastics skills.

More than 6 months of experience? You’re welcome to drop in to any regularly scheduled specialty class.

Visiting nationally ranked Olympic Weightlifting or Powerlifting competitor?  If you’re following specific programming, you may do your own thing during our Lab Hour or Open Gym sessions. If you have a longer program to complete or can’t make it at those times, please contact us via e-mail at contact@crossfitvirtuosity.com, and we’ll try to work something out for you.
