5 Hollow rocks to Candlesticks*
10 Pistols alternating legs
15 Pushups
20 Pullups

* A candlestick is a position where the gymnast is essentially standing on the back of their shoulders with their feet pointed towards the ceiling. The gymnasts arms can either be by their head, or back pushing on the floor to assist with support and balance.
