On Tuesday November 7th, we’re kicking off a 10-week HANDSTAND intensive with Coach Rob! 🤸♂️🤸♀️
This is your opportunity to get comfortable being upside-down, and develop your handstand both at the wall and freestanding.
No prior handstand experience is expected or required – this class is suitable for the complete beginner through the experienced handstander. New athletes as well as athletes who want to build on prior handstand intensive work are welcome.
Participants must commit to the full 10 weeks of Tuesday 6:30pm classes, and to 2-3 hours of independent homework per week (can be completed at the gym during any class time.) There will be no drop-ins to this class, as each session will build on previous work.
This intensive is included in all memberships and counts as two classes per week. Non-members are welcome to enroll for the cost of our regular twice-a-week membership ($450 for 10 weeks.)
