On Saturday September 30th, spend two glorious hours (2-4pm) with Head Coach Blanco working on the most mysterious and elusive part of your snatch: THE THIRD PULL.
The third pull is your transition under the bar, and speed through the third pull is critical to success snatching heavier weight.
This is a great opportunity to spend some focused time getting comfortable dropping under the bar, developing your turnaround speed, and catching weight in the bottom of your squat.
All skill levels are welcome to attend: no prior experience is necessary. This workshop is suitable for weightlifters, CrossFitters, and anyone who’d like to learn more about the snatch.
Members and non-members are welcome. The seminar is free for all Virtuosity and Barbell Club members with a current All Access Unlimited membership; $30 for all other participants.

Coach Blanco is a USAW National level coach with 6 years of weightlifting coaching experience. Blanco has been coaching internationally for over 4 years working with his mentor and coach Mike Burgener. He is currently Head Coach of Brooklyn Barbell Club, and a Lead Coach for CrossFit Weightlifting.
