Come to Lux’s Shoulder Mobility and Movement Workshop taught by Dr. Grayson Wickham, PT, DPT, CSCS to find out why you should be working on your shoulders and T-spine and to learn our go-to mobility and stability mobilizations and movements that we utilize with our athletes in the clinic.
The workshop will be hosted by CrossFit Virtuosity on Saturday, October 15 from 2-4 pm. Cost is $20 per athlete and open to everyone. Please bring a Yoga Tune-Up or lacrosse ball if you own one. Dr. Grayson Wickham will be available after the workshop to answer any and all performance, mobility, and or injury questions.
