New CrossFit Athletes

Optional, but recommended, our free 40-minute intro sessions are designed to introduce you to our program, and let you try out a workout to get an idea of what you might be getting yourself into. They’re a slightly shorter version of a regular class with some extra time built in to let us get to know you a little bit, talk about your specific goals, and answer any questions you might have about our program.

Want to skip the intro and just join already? Head over to virtuosity.wodify.com to purchase a membership and proceed directly to class.

Book An Intro Session

We typically run intro sessions —
Mornings: Tuesdays at 6:20am and 8am, Thursdays at 8am
Middays: Mondays at 1:30pm, Sundays at noon.
Evenings: Wednesdays at 6pm, Thursdays at 7:30pm.

Athletes with CrossFit Experience

If you’ve been attended CrossFit classes regularly for at least 6 months (or have at least that much pre-pandemic experience), you’re welcome to attend one of our regularly scheduled classes in lieu of attending an intro session.

Schedule a Trial Class

This is a three-step process:

  1. Fill out our waiver at tiny.cc/cfvwaiver
  2. Check out our class schedule and choose the class you’d like to attend
  3. Fill out the form below to request to be added to that class.
