Optional, but recommended, our free 45-minute intro sessions are designed to introduce you to our program, and let you try out a workout to get an idea of what you might be getting yourself into. They’re a slightly shorter version of a regular class with some extra time built in to let us get to know you a little bit, talk about your specific goals, and answer any questions you might have about our program.
