What Is Animal Flow?

Get primal with Coach Kait in her new hourlong Animal Flow Zoom class twice a week. Animal Flow uses bodyweight movements combined into dynamic flows to improve strength, flexibility, mobility, endurance, and coordination. Kait will start with the basics and go from there!
