Event #1: “Pushing Up Daisies”
Max team Ground-to-Overhead in 10 minutes.
Each team will have one barbell, and 2×10, 2×25, 2×45 bumpers. They may choose to lift 45, 65, 95, 115, 135, 155, 185, or 205 at any given time. The bar may be loaded as soon as the clock starts, and loading may be changed as many times as the team desires during the 10 minutes.
Only one person may be working at a time, and all three athletes must complete at least 1 rep.
Score is total pounds lifted by all three athletes.
