Starting in April, we’ll be offering a new Fundamentals class on Saturdays at noon. This class is designed to take things a bit more slowly and give you a chance to get really comfortable with the various movements we use most often in CrossFit.

This class is perfect for our members fresh out of On Ramp as well as those looking to get some extra practice.

    I have been doing crossfit workouts for 8 months (by myself in a commercial gym). What is my best option for getting basic training in olympic lifting and other crossfit moves that require more technical finesse?
