Exciting news for all you endurance athletes: CrossFit Virtuosity and CrossFit Endurance NYC are putting together an indoor biking class to tide you over the winter months! The class will use bicycle trainers to complete the CrossFit Endurance workout of the day. This will be a great supplement to your regular CrossFit training if you’re looking to compete on a bike in distance races, triathlon, or anything else!
