Fight Gone Bad IV is on Saturday, September 26th. LESS THAN 2 WEEKS AWAY!

What is Fight Gone Bad IV?
Fight Gone Bad is a classic CrossFit workout involving five exercises: wallball, sumo deadlift highpulls, box jumps, push presses and rowing. You start at one of the five stations and you perform as many reps as you can for one minute. At the minute-mark, you switch immediately to the next station and continue. After five minutes and completing all five stations, you get one minute of rest before repeating…twice. The total workout takes a mere 17 minutes (3 5-minute rounds and 2 1-minute rest periods). You get a score that is the total number of reps performed.

Every year CrossFit affiliates throughout the world organize a Fight Gone Bad workout to raise some money for some for some good causes. It’s one of the many ways we, as a community, try to give back and help those in need.

This year Fight Gone Bad IV is raising money for Athletes for a Cure and the Wounded Warrior Project: two great organizations fighting for two important causes.

We are extremely proud to be hosting this event at our new gym. You should participate and you should encourage your friends and family to come and watch and cheer us on. Go to FGB4.org to register and put CrossFit Virtuosity down as your team (or whichever affiliate or team you want to represent) and then encourage your friends and family to go to your page and donate some on your behalf. It only takes a few minutes.

Maybe this video will get you psyched.
