As you may have noticed, things have been super busy around here lately. Classes have been growing and getting crowded, and we love it! However, to ensure that our athletes continue to get lots of attention and have the best experience possible, we’re changing up how drop-ins work, particularly for beginners.
Effective Monday, October 11th, newcomers will no longer be allowed to drop in to regular group classes. Instead, we’ll be offering a special intro class every Saturday at noon especially for newbies! This class will be geared towards people with little or no CrossFit experience, but will pack a punch for those of you that are ready for a challenge. We’ll go over exercises in detail and answer some frequently asked CrossFit questions. There will, of course, also be a high-intensity, butt-kicking workout to give you a taste of what we’re all about!
Current members are encouraged to bring their friends to the free intro class and join them in the workout.
Visiting CrossFitters can still drop in to regular classes, but we ask that you give us some advance notice of your arrival — send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know when you’ll be stopping by.
