We’ve given our Brooklyn Barbell Club lifting programs a fall overhaul! We have so many lifters that one or two programs just won’t fit everyone. So going forward each lifter will be given a more personalized program to meet their specific goals. Do you want to gain mass? Do you want to get stronger for CrossFit? Do you want to improve your Olympic lifts? Do you want to compete in powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting or strongman events? Whatever it is, we’ll tailor the program to you.
