If so, come spend an afternoon practicing (and perfecting!) proper kettlebell technique with Coach Kurt. This 2.5-hour kettlebell intensive workshop will help you to improve your form, lift more weight, and become a more confident swinger.
The workshop will cover commonly used kettlebell movements: the Deadlift, Russian Swing, American Swing, Turkish Get-Up, Arm Bar Stretch, Dead Clean, Standard Clean, and Snatch. Class will finish with a series of kettlebell tricks and more advanced movements.
Athletes of all ability levels are welcome to attend this workshop.
