New On Ramp Classes Start September 7th

Have you been lurking for a while, thinking CrossFit looks awesome but not sure you’ll cut the mustard and a little nervous to jump in the deep end? We’ve got just the thing for you!  Two new On Ramp classes start September 7th!  On Ramp is designed to familiarize participants with the movements, skills, and intensity of CrossFit.  It runs three times a week for 4 weeks: that’s 12 little slices of workout heaven, just for you!
