Beginning Saturday, September 10th, we will be amending our Saturday and Sunday class schedules to the following:
- 9am CrossFit Level 2
- 10am CrossFit Level 2
- 11am CrossFit Level 1
- 12pm CrossFit Level 2
The Level 1 Test Out will move to 11am on Saturday.
Open Gym will move to 1pm on Sunday.
CrossFit Competition, Olympic Weightlifting, and Free Intro will remain at their current days and times.
We’re making these changes after much deliberation because:
- We heard your feedback about adding a 9am Sunday class and want to add that for you guys.
- We wanted to address the general trend we’ve been noticing in the community towards being responsible adults: more and more of you are attending early weekend classes, and less and less of you are coming to the as-late-as-possible-because-maybe-I’m-still-hungover classes.
- We would like to have weekend classes have a true community feel to them, which means more people per class, and a more energized and fun sweat fest for everyone!
- We want the weekend coaches to have to teach fewer consecutive classes so that they can keep their energy levels high and be at the top of their game for all of them!
Class schedule changes are always a challenge: we are absolutely aware that this may not be optimal for everyone. We hope very much that you will work with us as we try to create the best situation for as many people as possible. We consider these changes a trial and will reevaluate them at the end of the year.
