The squat, the bench and the deadlift are best lifts for getting strong and getting strong is paramount to your physical fitness. Take this month to focus on learning the basic lifts and their variations as we delve into our powerlifting intensive. This intensive will familiarize you with lifting with chains and bands as well box squats, sumo deadlifts, floor presses and other lifts commonly used by powerlifters. We will also explore assistance exercises and mobility exercises to help your lifting improve.
Sign up today! There are no minimum requirements: athletes of all levels are welcome. This class will be capped at 15 participants.
