Please note that we will be making the following changes to our weekly class schedule over the summer (Monday June 4th through Monday September 3rd.)
- Monday 7am, 12:30pm, and 7:30pm classes will be All Levels: these classes will be open to Level 1 athletes, who will perform a Level 1 version of the workout. There will be no dedicated Level 1 classes on Mondays.
- Tuesday and Thursday 12:30pm Level 1 classes will be cancelled; we will add a Wednesday 12:30pm Level 1 class so that Level 1 clients can still attend 12:30 two days per week (Monday/Wednesday.)
- Wednesday 6:30pm Level 2 class will be cancelled (we will continue to have a 6:30pm Level 3 class at this time.)
- Friday evening classes will move an hour earlier to 4:30, 5:30, and 6:30pm (there will be no 7:30pm class.)
