Take note! Our new summer schedule will take effect beginning
June 1st Tuesday May 31st. It will run through September 1st.
- More evening classes! There are now at least two Level 1 or All Levels classes every weeknight.
- More Level 2 classes! Tuesdays and Fridays will now have two options for Level 2 goodness.
- Early Fridays! The entire schedule will be pushed back on Friday to allow you to get in and out of the gym and on with the rest of your night early! The gym will close promptly at 9pm on Friday nights.
- Early mornings! All morning classes will begin at 7am.
- Tuesday/Thursday lifting will be discontinued for the summer.
