The 2016 CrossFit Games begins Tuesday, July 19th! The action will be streaming live on YouTube and ESPN — tune in to see amazing athletes throwing down in the brutal heat of Carson, CA. The teens and masters competitions run Tuesday-Thursday; individuals and teams run Friday-Sunday.

We’ll be hosting a viewing party at the gym on the afternoon of Sunday July 24th to catch the finals — get it on your calendar!
