Squatting is difficult for myriad reason. The crux of the issue can be in the feet, ankles, calves, knees, hips or lower spine.
During the workshop we will use Yoga Tune Up Therapy Balls to massage and wake up stuck muscles and connective tissue. Mobility tools from Yoga, Yoga Tune Up and Mobility WOD will be added to explore and restore function in the hip, leg, foot, ankle and low back.
Athletes will leave with not only a better understanding of where their issues lie but also with a bag of tricks to unwind those issues.
This workshop is appropriate for anyone who squats!
