I said you need to strive to be better than everyone else. I didn’t say you needed to be better than everyone else. But you gotta try. That’s what character is: It’s in the try.
It’s competition season! The CrossFit Games Open begins the last weekend of February: we’ll be running a prior year’s Open workout every Friday until then for practice, and the Open workout of the week every Friday until the end of March.
This is your opportunity to test your limits, explore what your body is capable of, and find your inner badass!
We’ll be using scoresheets and judging each other for each of these workouts. You will be held to a high movement standard — your judge will make sure you’re completing the full range of motion for all movements, and will be counting your valid reps.
