Starting Saturday November 7th, we will be running Rest & Recovery class immediately following Heroes & Sheroes on the first Saturday of each month. R&R will commence at approximately noon (maybe a little bit later if it’s a particularly grueling “Hero” that day!)
The R&R class will utilize various recovery and relaxation tools to help you recover from the hard work they put your body through. Yoga, stretching, foam rollers, massage, myofascial release, joint mobility… if it can help get you back in the game, then we’ll incorporate it in this class. There is no “workout” in the Rest and Recovery class: it simply teaches you various recovery techniques.
