On Sunday May 16th, we’ll be hosting a running seminar with Coach Brian Harkins of NYC Endurance.
The seminar will teach you how to run more efficiently, and improve your CrossFit times, as well as your 5K, triathlon, marathon, and other running results. Proper technique can also help to prevent common running injuries. Spruce up your form for the long summer of running ahead!
