Would you like to be a faster, more efficient runner? Avoid common running injuries? Perhaps improve your times on CrossFit workouts like Helen, Nancy, Michael, or Murph? Summer’s the perfect time to work on your running technique!
To that end, we’re offering running seminars with Coach Kurt in July and August. Over 8 hour-long sessions you’ll drill correct running technique, build strength and endurance with interval training, and learn how to train most efficiently to maximize cardiovascular fitness, maintain muscle mass, and increase power and speed. Each seminar will culminate in a 5K race so you can road test your new skills!
Tuesday 7:30am or Thursday 7:00pm
Athletes will participate in one weekday class, and one Saturday class. If you have a scheduling issue please contact us and we will attempt to work through it with you.
It is strongly recommended that this seminar be undertaken in conjunction with a strength and conditioning program of at least two CrossFit classes per week.
