CrossFit

CrossFit is a one-stop-fitness-shop that sets you up for success no matter where you’re starting, or what physical challenge life throws at you.

It trains every aspect of your fitness: from mobility and flexibility, to strength and power, to cardiovascular conditioning, to coordination and balance. Improved mental health and increased sexiness are common side-effects.

Our CrossFit Classes

  • Free Intro

An excellent place to begin, our intro class is an orientation to CrossFit, a warm-up, skill practice, and workout, followed by Q&A. Highly recommended as a first class, especially if you’re new to CrossFit (even if you’re already very fit!)

  • Foundations

Perfect for starting CrossFit or returning after a break, these smaller size, hourlong classes are designed to build the solid base of knowledge and great movement patterns that will set you up for a long and successful CrossFit journey.

  • All Levels

Our bread and butter class, designed to produce a well-rounded athlete. Each class is an hour long and includes a warm-up, skill and technique practice, and some combination of strength and conditioning work.

  • Advanced CrossFit

For the athlete looking to compete in the sport, we offer a high level program that includes up to 6 days per week of training encompassing both coached classes, and supplemental work that is completed independently.

Private CrossFit Sessions

If you’re looking for a more individualized approach, or want more attention while you’re getting started, many of our coaches are available to work with you privately.

“I need to be more fit before I start this”

To the best of our knowledge, no one has ever said this and ended up getting more fit: you just gotta jump right in, do what you can do, and kickstart the good habit!

Everything that we do is modified in every class to fit the ability of each individual athlete, and we 100% guarantee that you are not the least fit person we’ve ever seen. We have taken more than one person from not being able to finish a 7 minute workout in intro class to regularly running marathons.

Is CrossFit a cult?

There’s no denying that people get really into CrossFit, and they really, really like to talk about it to… everyone 😂

It’s not a cult, but it definitely is a community, and a lot of people find that it becomes their “third place” where they can hang out and meet friends away from home and work.

And, it’s fun! No, really! CrossFit is called “the sport of fitness” because it encourages play and develops camaraderie.

After a few months you’ll likely find yourself wanting to go to the gym more than you ever have before, to work out but also to hang with your gym peeps! And making it fun to go the gym is the real secret to getting fitness results.
