As a member of Team Virtuosity, Ariel went to the CrossFit Games in 2014, and competed at CrossFit Games Regionals in 2017. His training regimen is impressively extensive, including legendary warm-ups that routinely take him over an hour. Years of consistent mobility+strength+CrossFit have made him the strongest and stretchiest coach we know: we’ve seen him get absurdly close to full splits, as well as front squat over 400lbs. And his conditioning ain’t bad either!

Why should I train with you instead of at a gym with a super fancy locker room?

We love a fancy locker room as much as you do. But building and maintaining a fancy locker room is expensive, so corporate gym chains that have them take a huge cut of training sessions to pay for that (and to make sexy bus stop ads and boost profits!)

That means that they tend to hire inexperienced young people who have the right “look”, who they can put through a short training program to teach them mostly sales techniques and then make them work terrible hours and pay them only 25% of the session price.

We’re an independent gym, and our career coaches take home 70-80% of your session price. They have a ton of knowledge and experience under their belts and are highly motivated to provide you with a truly bespoke experience.

Also, our towels aren’t heated but they are fluffy, and we don’t have a sauna but our showers are pretty nice!
