Kate started her CrossFit journey in 2019 in St. Charles, Missouri. She loved the feeling of building new skills while being surrounded by positive, encouraging, and knowledgeable athletes. After moving to New York two years later, Kate found CrossFit Virtuosity first as a member and became a coach two years after that. Her current goals include becoming even more jacked and translating her marketing and communications skills into an administrative role at a professional sports organization. Kate also loves dogs.
