Announcing the Great 2010 Goal-a-palooza!

Gear up to start off the 10's right: set yourself some good old-fashioned fitness goals for the year ahead! Whether it's running a marathon, squatting 400lbs, or shedding pounds, the Goal-a-palooza is your chance to have us create a training and/or diet program for you that'll get you where you want to be! We'd love to talk to each and every one of you: discuss your goals, take before pictures (not mandatory, but fun to look at later!) and create a customized training plan.
