Labor Day: 11am Workout & BBQ!

This Monday, September 7th (Labor Day) regular classes are CANCELED. Instead, we'll be having an 11am workout followed by BBQ and beers on the BBC "beach" (i.e. in the parking lot ;) Stop by and join us!
