We’re excited to introduce two new small group classes just for women, coached by our excellent female coaches.
Women’s Strength
Designed for women, by women using the latest research in female-specific exercise science, this class optimizes your training through your reproductive years, peri/menopause, and beyond.
Protect and strengthen your bones with training designed to promote bone mineral density, to avoid getting osteopenia, osteoporosis and bone breaks.
Build and maintain muscle mass to promote optimal body composition, and keep you strong and self-sufficient for a lifetime.
Work with your body, not against it! Our coaches will work with you to navigate the hormonal ups and down that can make or break a training day.
Join a supportive group of women who get what you’re going through!
Times: Tuesday and Thursday 12 - 1pm
Level: Beginner to intermediate (no experience is necessary.)
Class Size: maximum of 8
Price: 3x$290 (billed every 4 weeks)
Pregnancy & Postpartum
Keep moving throughout your pregnancy, and gently begin moving again after giving birth.
Prepare your core, including your pelvic floor, for pregnancy and birth.
Get strong before birth so you can power through your chosen birth experience, and recover more quickly.
Build up your strength afterwards so that you can carry around baby and baby stuff everywhere even as baby grows really heavy!
Stay safe: our coaches modify movements and workouts for each athlete to protect pelvic floor and abdominal muscles during pregnancy, and aid in their recovery after birth.
Times: Monday and Thursdays 11am - 12pm
Level: Beginner to intermediate (no experience is necessary.)

Price: 3x$170 for 1 class per week; 3x$290 for 2 classes per week (billed every 4 weeks)
