We spend most of our time finding ways to beat you down, but this time we're offering you something that feels good. Leah Nelson is a member here and a Licensed Massage Therapist and she has offered to turn the changing room into a spa for a day and work her magic on you.
Whole9 Nutrition Workshop
We're collaborating with NYC Endurance to bring the Whole9 folk down on Sunday, April 25th for an afternoon packed with great nutrition information and discussion!
Schedule Changes This Weekend (4/3-4/4)
This weekend we will be hosting a Level 1 CrossFit Certification, which unfortunately means that the gym will be unavailable for our normal 11am weekend classes. Therefore, Saturday's class will take place in McCarren Park, and Sunday's Open Gym will be rescheduled to 5:30pm.

BBC Apprenticeship Program: Apply Now!
The Brooklyn Barbell Club Apprenticeship Program (BBCAP) is a 8-week intensive course of study in the art and science of strength and conditioning coaching. Get your application in now: we'll be selecting apprentices soon! The next apprenticeship program begins Sunday, April 10th.
NY/NJ Sectionals
