CrossFit Virtuosity will be hosting CrossFit Level 1 Certification Courses in October, November, and December!

We'll be hosting another CrossFit Level 1 Certification Course October 9th-10th. This course is designed for anyone interested, personally or professionally, in learning more about the fundamentals of CrossFit.

On Saturday, September 25th, we'll be hosting Fight Gone Bad 5 to benefit the Wounded Warrior Project, LIVESTRONG, and the CrossFit Foundation!This is always a lot of fun, so sign up now to participate, and start raising some money!

Congratulations to all of our amazing athletes for bringing home three first place and one second place finish in the CrossFit Subway Series of summer 2010, and winning us the overall title!!

We're proud to announce that CrossFit Virtuosity took home yet another 2010 CrossFit Subway Series event on Saturday, winning the Strongman Showdown on our home turf, and bringing us to 3 for 3!

This Saturday, July 17th, we're throwing an anniversary spectacular featuring a special workout, whole pig roast, live music, free drinks, and all the fun you've come to expect from a BBC extravaganza!

CrossFit Virtuosity brought home the second of four 2010 CrossFit Subway Series events on Saturday, outrunning the competition handily in a 5K race!

CrossFit Virtuosity vs. CrossFit South Brooklyn vs. CrossFit Long Island City vs. CrossFit Queens. Four teams enter and only one team leaves.

Please Note: On Monday, July 5th we will be running a Sunday schedule at the BBC. ALL REGULAR CLASSES WILL BE CANCELED ON MONDAY and replaced by an Open Gym session from 11am-1pm.
