Team In Training Endurance Conditioning
Are you preparing for a marathon/half marathon/triathlon/century with Team in Training? We now offer a free Sunday morning conditioning class for endurance athletes. Get a little taste of CrossFit, and bump your training to a new level!
More Level 1 Classes!
Beginning Monday, January 3rd, we'll be adding a couple more Level 1 classes. Specifically, Tuesday and Friday 6pm class will now be Level 1. We'll add back more Level 2 classes as more of you graduate into Level 2!We appreciate your continued patience during this levels adjustment period -- and please continue to give us your feedback!
New Year Schedule Changes!

Morning Classes Canceled This Week
Due to the blizzard, the fact that NYC clearly doesn't feel obliged to rush into plowing Brooklyn, and just because it's that lazy week between Christmas and New Year, 7:30am class will be canceled on Wednesday and Friday, December 29th & December 31st.
Free Back Health Class with Esther Gokhale
We're happy to welcome Esther Gokhale, author of, "8 Steps to a Pain-Free Back" to the Brooklyn Barbell Club for a free lesson on how to improve your back health.
Run & Performance Seminar
On Saturday, December 18th, Brian Mackenzie, The Most Dangerous Man in Endurance Training, is coming to Brooklyn to teach you how to run. This is an amazing opportunity to get coached by one of the best running coaches in the country.

Due to blizzard, 7:30am class will be canceled on Monday, December 27th.Lunchtime and evening classes will proceed as scheduled.
Christmas Class Schedule!
Please note the following changes to our schedule over Christmas weekend! Regular class is replaced by 10:30am Open Gym on Friday, December 24th. The gym will be open at 10:30am on Saturday, December 25th for a CrossFitMas WOD! Our regular schedule resumes Sunday, December 26th
CrossFit Endurance Indoor Cycling Returns!
Join Adam Lake every Wednesday at 7pm until spring for some ass-kicking interval workouts on your bike trainer. This class is 100% free, and a great idea for those of you looking to get in shape for a triathlon or cycling race!
