Another year has gone by, and it's time once again for an NYC affiliate throwdown: the 2012 Subway Series!

Starting July 1st, 6am and 9am classes will happen every weekday!

We'll be running a holiday schedule on the 4th!

We're looking for more front desk interns! Please contact us if you are a fine, upstanding gym citizen, as well as a well-organized self-starter with good people skills.

On Saturday, June 9th, we'll be hosting the CrossFit For Hope fundraiser, to raise money for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Festivities will start at 10am sharp, and will replace regularly scheduled 10am and 11am classes!

Our Friday class schedule will change to summer hours beginning Friday, June 1st.

We'll be hosting another CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Course September 1st-2nd!
