Monday May 29th: Memorial Day Murph + Social!

On Monday, May 29th we'll be celebrating Memorial Day with a traditional "Murph", followed by cider and wings at Battery Harris! Level 1 and Level 2 classes will meet at 10am and 11:30am -- you may attend at either time regardless of your level. All other classes are cancelled.

WODs with Friends (and Wine!)

THIS Friday, April 7th, bring a friend to any Level 2 class: we'll be doing a fun, non-technical workout that everyone can enjoy! And after class, stick around to drink some wine -- we figure this'll mostly be for the evening classes, but we'll have some mimosas on hand too just in case you want to rope your friends into 6am class followed by boozy breakfast ;)

The 2017 Open Virtuosity Intramural!

The CrossFit Games Open is a five-week competition that starts at the end of February! Each week, CrossFit releases a workout that athletes all over the world complete. We'll be running an in-house competition around these workouts: every Virtuosity athlete will be assigned to a team, either the AM Avengers with fearless leader Coach Morgan, or the PM X-Men with fearless leader Coach Ariel!
